Sarah Simon and Matthew on their first day in Germany

We can hardly believe that Matthew is now almost 18 months old. He’s interested in everything, particularly birds and animals, and doesn’t stay still for 1 minute!

He can crawl very fast and pull himself up to standing. He can even walk a bit with support. He loves to play with his toys, and ‘read’ his books and he especially likes to open and investigate the contents of cupboards and drawers!
