It’s the end of my first semester on my MSc in Renewable Energy Systems Technology at Loughborough, and my exams are looming. I had nerves last week about how I was going to perform in the exam, but after the on-line revision sessions I’m only worried about working quickly enough to get enough marks to pass.

So on Tuesday Morning I have an exam in Biomass 1, and on Thursday it’s Wind 1. And then I start looking at what to do in the spring semester. The course has been challenging but very interesting and exciting. I’m glad I’m doing it.

Because of my exams Matthew is going to the Tagesmutter four mornings this week, Tuesday and Thursday as well as the normal Monday and Wednesday. And then on Friday it’s his birthday. We’ll tell you all about that next weekend.

We saw the sights and went in a few shops, including the Chapter 1 English bookshop, and the rather eclectic selection at Little Britain in Capellen.
